Accounting Services – At a glance

• Electronic bank statements or PSD2 integration. We use electronic systems in our accounting software as agreed.

• Collect your accounting materials. A document (invoice or receipt) is needed for each transaction. Upload all receipts electronically via our agreed method. We assist with software or mobile apps to ensure ease of use.

• Send documents to the accountant. Send materials by the agreed deadline after month-end so we can complete the bookkeeping on time.

• Bookkeeping execution. The accountant manages bookkeeping and regulatory reporting. We follow up on any missing materials and the accountant will contact you if needed. Once finished, we deliver calculations and reports as agreed.

• Year-end closing & tax return. After fiscal year-end, the accountant will contact you to gather necessary documents, guide and support year-end closing matters. Tax returns are automatically submitted after year-end closing.
